  • What happens if I wish to return a product?
    Please send a message to shop@GoUSPA.org with your name, order number and the name of the product detailing the reason for the return.
  • Why are items from my order being shipped at different times?
    In order to reduce the time you have to wait to receive your order, items are shipped as and when they are ready. If specific items take a little longer to prepare whilst others are ready to go, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
  • What are my shipping options?
    USPA offers Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. Shipping times will vary depending on your location but most orders will arrive within 7-14 business days.
  • Will I have to pay import/customs duties?
    USPA has fulfilment centres in the US and Europe meaning that our products are produced and shipped from within these regions, depending on which centre is closest to your location. This means that it is highly unlikely that you will need to pay import/customs duties within these zones. In rare cases, where a product is temporarily unavailable in your region, it may be shipped from a different location and may incur import/customs duties. For orders originating from the rest of the world it is also possible that your local authorities impose additional fees on shipments. Unfortunately USPA has no control over any such additional fees related to import/customs and payment of these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • How is sales tax calculated for my region?
    Sales tax is included in the price of each item and is automatically calculated according to your region.
  • How do I use my store credit?
    You can find your promo code in the email you originally received about our store. To apply your store credit simply enter the promo code at checkout and the credit will be deducted from your total. Please note that promo codes can only be used one time per buyer.
  • I didn't receive my store credit, what should I do?
    It is possible that the email was filtered to your spam folder so please check there first. If you still can't find it please reach out to your Learning Coach to explain the situation and get a new code.
